Support the development of sales strategies for product and customer Contribute to the annual budget for the dedicated customers and products Answer Requests for Quotations by following our internal workflow and managing team members to ensure customer deadlines and expectations are met Support development of pricing strategies within the budget Support negotiation with customers and preparation of the unit cost breakdown (CBD) Supporting and guiding the cross functional team to ensure a successful partnership relationship with customers Monitor and take responsibility for program-related change management Observation of the market and the competition with regard to technologies, developments, trends, price and quality strategies as well as management of the customer Willingness for regular travels to the different locations of your cross-departmental team Acquisition of new business awards incl. preparation of offers, contract review and negotiation Support VAVE measures to increase profitability Participation and control in the regular monitoring of contract parameters (quantities, amortization, exchange rate, material controls,...) Clear and overall documentation for collaboration with Project Management, Operations, Finance, etc.
You have completed a commercial or technical apprenticeship or a degree in technical or business administration or bring a comparable education with you Minimum 1-2 years of relevant sales / sales engineering / business development experience in the Automotive industry Knowledge and understanding of Automotive industry, lifecycle, supply chain Native negotiator Ability to transfer technical matters into economic considerations Intercultural competence / Team player Strong communication skills and assertiveness Stress resilience Selfdriven and structured for home office and global organization Analytical and solution driven mindset Strong MS Office skills Language skills: French and English language is a must, German or Hungarian is considered a plus Travel: In average up to 25%
